Terms of use for Wipe AI

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wipe AI ("we," "us," "our," or "Developer") regarding your use of the Wipe AI mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of service

Wipe AI is an AI-powered mental clarity and thought organization application that provides:

• Users can write and submit thoughts, emotions, problems, decisions, and other text-based content.
• AI-generated responses designed to help users organize their thinking, process emotions, and gain clarity.
• Conversation history so users can review and reflect on past interactions.
• Premium subscription features for expanded access and usage.

Wipe AI is a self-reflection and thought organization tool. It is not a medical service, therapy service, mental health treatment, counseling platform, or crisis intervention tool.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use this App.

4. License to use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not grant you any ownership interest in the App or its content, and all rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by us.

5. Restrictions

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the App or any part thereof.
• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, databases, or any related systems or networks.
• Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or any other means to access or interact with the App in an unauthorized manner.
• Redistribute, sublicense, lease, sell, or otherwise transfer the App or access thereto to any third party.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the App or its infrastructure.
• Use the App to generate content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

6. User content

You retain ownership of all content, messages, and text that you create and submit within the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the App and providing its services to you.

This license includes the right to transmit your User Content to third-party AI service providers for the purpose of generating AI responses. We will not sell, publish, or otherwise distribute your User Content to third parties for purposes unrelated to the operation of the App.

7. Premium subscriptions

The App may offer premium subscription plans that provide access to additional features and expanded usage limits. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Payment. All payments for subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. You agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as displayed at the time of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free Trial. We may offer free trial periods for premium subscriptions. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
• Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Price Changes. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice of the change.

8. AI disclaimer

Please read this section carefully. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All AI-generated responses within the App are produced automatically by artificial intelligence systems and are not reviewed, verified, or endorsed by any human professional.
• AI responses may contain inaccuracies, errors, or information that is incomplete, outdated, or otherwise unreliable.
• AI responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, or career advice.
• You should not rely on AI responses as a substitute for professional judgment or guidance.
• We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

9. Mental health disclaimer

Wipe AI is a self-reflection and thought organization tool. It is important that you understand the following:

• The App is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment.
• The App is not a mental health service and does not provide clinical diagnoses or treatment plans.
• The App is not a crisis support service and is not designed to address mental health emergencies.
• If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or any emergency situation, please immediately contact a qualified mental health professional, call your local emergency services, or contact a crisis helpline in your area.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Wipe AI, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the App.
• Any decisions you make or actions you take based on AI-generated responses or any other content provided through the App.
• Any emotional, psychological, or other personal outcomes resulting from your use of the App.
• Any loss of data or content, including User Content.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the App or its services.
• Any actions, omissions, or conduct of third-party service providers integrated with the App.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device and, if applicable, canceling any active subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
